RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Last updated: July 2026

I want you to feel confident when choosing a piece of jewelry.

Every item in my shop is created with great care and attention, and I truly hope you'll love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, I'll do my best to make the return process simple, fair, and straightforward.

Please read the information below before making your purchase.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

unworn and unused;

in its original condition;

returned in its original packaging.

Please contact me before sending your return so I can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For your protection, I strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Refunds cannot be issued until the returned item has been received and inspected.

The buyer is responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping until the returned item has been safely received. Where available, I also recommend purchasing appropriate shipping insurance.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Approved refunds will be issued within a reasonable period, subject to the processing times of your payment provider or financial institution.

If the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or is not returned in its original condition, a deduction may be made to reflect any loss in value where permitted by applicable law.

Orders with Free Shipping

If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost originally paid by the shop may be deducted from your refund, where permitted by applicable law.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made and personalized jewelry is created especially for you.

Because of its unique nature, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

Orders that have not yet been shipped may usually be cancelled.

If production has already begun or materials have been specially prepared for your order, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

European Union Customers

If you are purchasing from the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

custom-made jewelry;

personalized orders;

items altered at the customer's request.

Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused by the customer or returned because customs duties, taxes, import fees, or delivery requirements were not fulfilled, the order will be treated as a return.

Where permitted by applicable law, any original shipping costs, return shipping charges, customs fees, or other non-refundable expenses incurred by the shop may be deducted from the refund.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Last updated: July 2026

Every piece I create is designed to be both sculptural jewelry and a modern amulet, bringing together the beauty, character, and symbolism of natural gemstones.

The idea of the modern amulet lies at the heart of my work. I believe that natural stones carry meanings shaped by centuries of cultural traditions and that thoughtfully chosen combinations of gemstones can create jewelry that feels deeply personal and meaningful.

The descriptions of gemstones throughout this website reflect the artistic philosophy behind my work and the traditional symbolism historically associated with natural stones. They are intended to inspire personal reflection and help you discover a piece that resonates with you.

Individual experiences with gemstones and their symbolism are personal and subjective and may differ from one person to another.

At the same time, these descriptions are not presented as medical, psychological, scientific, financial, or professional claims.

Any references to traditional gemstone symbolism should not be interpreted as scientific evidence or as guarantees of specific outcomes.

My jewelry is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition, nor should it be considered a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Every gemstone is naturally unique. Variations in color, texture, inclusions, transparency, and shape are part of the individuality of genuine stones and should be appreciated as characteristics of nature rather than imperfections.

Ultimately, the meaning of a piece is deeply personal. Whether you choose it for its beauty, its symbolism, or the connection you feel to a particular stone, I hope it becomes something you will wear, cherish, and truly feel.

Throughout this website, the term "modern amulet" refers to jewelry created with artistic intention and inspired by the traditional symbolism associated with natural gemstones.

No statement on this website has been evaluated by any medical, scientific, governmental, or regulatory authority.

Purchasing or wearing jewelry from Inna Zlotnik Jewelry is a personal aesthetic and symbolic choice.
