Return policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost paid by the shop.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
